Have you ever met someone who loves their dog like a baby? Super weird, right? Who wants to cuddle a tiny, helpless animal that loves them? That’s totally weird, right? Well, according to one man, it’s weird. He took to TikTok to deliver some harsh words to pet owners.
The man had strong feelings about people who treat their pets like human children.
A man named Brian went on and on about pet owners who spoiled their pets, even though he didn’t like them one bit.
“To anyone who has an unhealthy relationship with a pet, remember that they’re your dog, not your fur baby,” he said in the video. “They don’t need to be climbing all over you 24/7,” he added.

But what are we looking at? It looks like Brian has a dachshund sitting on his lap. And even more so, it looks like the dachshund is climbing all over Brian. It even crawls under his shirt. Hmm, something’s not right.
Commenters agreed there was something wrong with the man’s speech. “The dog was like, ‘I’ll tell you a thing,'” one commenter joked. “Did you give that speech to a dachshund?” another joked. “The fact that the dog got inside his shirt. Personal space? I mean OUR space?” a third commenter teased. “The puppy’s appearance sparked a ton of angry comments,” another pointed out.
Signs of a spoiled dog
“Spoiling” a pet can be a tricky topic. No one wants to feel like they’re encouraging bad behavior. But your dog is your best friend, so it’s only natural that you’d treat him well. Here are some signs that you might be over-indulging:
