Egypt has revoked the licenses of 16 tourism companies it found responsible for the death of an Egyptian pilgrim in Mecca and sent them to prosecutors, the Crisis Management Unit in charge of handling the situation said on Saturday. On Saturday, a Russian guided bomb struck an apartment building in Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv, killing three people and wounding 29, prompting President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to appeal for more help from Kiev’s allies.
